Want Faster Fleet Quotes? Here’s How Brokers Are Cutting Days Off Turnaround Times
Imagine this scenario. A customer is ready to move on a policy today. You send a quote request, expecting a quick turnaround. But hours stretch into days and you’re left chasing updates while your customer grows frustrated.
This is one of the most common pain points brokers face. In most cases, the delay isn’t caused by insurers being slow, it’s caused by missing or incomplete information in the initial request.
At Fuse and CRI, we’ve seen how much faster quotes can be when every detail is provided upfront. The difference between a same-day response and a multi-day delay often comes down to a single missing document or overlooked field.
The good news? There’s an easy way to avoid the wait.
The Shortcut to Faster Fleet Quotes
The fastest way to get a quote is about sending the right information the first time. That’s why we created an online proposal form designed to keep everything moving.
Here’s why brokers are making the switch:
- Every required detail is captured upfront: No guessing, no missing fields, no back-and-forth emails.
- Instant confirmation when you submit: You’ll know your request is complete the moment you send it.
- Faster processing for you and your customers: Complete information means we can start quoting immediately.

One broker recently told us that switching to the online form cut their quote turnaround by two full days. For customers, that speed is not just convenient — it’s impressive.
Prefer Email? Avoid Delays with These Checklists
